Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original brand box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
